When you apply to join the team
We collect your name, email address, phone number, location, information about your caring background, your availability, and any other details you choose to share in your application. We use this to assess your application and contact you about it.
When you make a sponsor or volunteer enquiry
We collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation name (if applicable), and details of your enquiry. We use this to respond to your enquiry and discuss how we might work together.
When you sign up for email updates
We collect your email address. We use this to send you updates about The Big Push.
Our legal basis for processing your data
Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interests — to process applications and enquiries from people who have contacted us directly
- Consent — for email sign-ups, where you have actively opted in to receive updates
How your data is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored securely by Tally (tally.so), our form provider. You can read Tally's privacy policy at tally.so/privacy. Submissions are also sent to our email address at hello@thebigpush.uk.
Email sign-ups are stored securely and used only to send updates about The Big Push.
